Festival of St. John of Nepomuk- Mohács
19 May 2007 - 20 May 2007Floating candles are launched on the water in honour of St. John of Nepomuk, patron saint of sailors, and the next day a wreath is laid in the water from the decorated ferry in memory of the drowned. Anna Ball in Balatonfüred

Cross Balaton Swim
20 July 2007Every year thousands take to the lake and swim across from Révfülöp on the north shore to Balatonboglár on the south. Season-opening "Unfurling of the sails" Festival- Balatonfüred
